 1.Preliminary inquiry:Distributor shall confirm the area for distribution is a blank city (or region) for marketing to Zhejiang Zhong Gong Valve Co., Ltd, and learn information of the city (or region), such as amount of valves needed, potential market space, competitor, its advantages in competition and payment collection situations etc. 2.Application: Before application for joining in, applicant shall learn necessary qualifications (a, This area is a blank city (or region) for marketing to Zhejiang Zhong Gong Valve Co., Ltd. Henceforth, in this area, it shall be the sole distributor of Zhong Gong; b, Confirm prices for products; c, Prepay a certain amount of payment according actual market sales amount. d, Two parties make advertisements in this area. e, Zhong Gong makes quality commitment for products. f, Rewards and punishments for distributor. Application in written including market investigation, personal resume and advantages shall be submitted to Zhong Gong. 3.Receive and handle: After receiving application form, within three working days, Zhong Gong will send "Management notice" and "Join in form" to applicant, and applicant shall fill in the "Join in form", stamp it and send it back in time. 4. Approval: After receiving "Join in form", Zhong Gong will study on it, approve and notify applicant within 10 working days. 5.Sign agreement: Two parties sign agreement for distribution, and implement it strictly. Meanwhile, Enterprise joining in shall pay a certain amount of payment. 6.Authorization: Zhong Gong completes all necessary procedures according to related state regulations, and grants to the distributor the right to distribute in the market. 7.Marketing: Distributors shall implement marketing, sale, bidding of products in assigned area, sincerely complete before-sale and after-sale services, collect information about marketing and quality of products, to make products from Zhong Gong possess bigger share in this area and win greater economic and social benefits every year. |
