Zhejiang Zhong Gong Valve Co., Ltd was founded in 1988, with its
headquarter located in Wuxing Industrial Zone, Oubei, Wenzhou. In
2002, it became a limited liability company. Presently, the total
floor space area is over 23800 m2, and it has established the following
companies under its government: Butterfly valve company, power plant
valve company, general valve company, stainless steel valve company,
big manufacturing base in Qingtian, and exclusively-own holding Shanghai
Chaoyi Valve Manufacture Co., Ltd. It has been a High & New technology
valve manufacturing enterprise having annual production capacity over
10,000 tons, an ISO9001-2000 certificated enterprise, member of supplier
network of State Power Corporation, member of first-class supplier
network and “Energy Ahead” network of China National Petroleum Corporation,
unit of recommended products of China Engineering Construction.
Currently, it has more than 260 personnel of senior and intermediate
titles of technical post, more than 160 high-precision machines such
as CNC lathes, CNC boring machines and big vertical lathes, as well
as advanced quality testing equipments, performance inspectors, supersonic
thickness measurers, chemical analyzers, and CAD system in valve design,
and it is mainly specializing in production of high-pressure, intermediate
and low pressure valves, high temperature valves, cryogenic valves,
power plant valves, gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, check
valves, butterfly valves according to standards such as GB.HG, APL.ANSI,
JIS, DIN etc. The materials of valve body are: Chromium Molybdenum
steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, low carbon stainless
steel, Monel steel and special steel, widely used in the fields such
as Petroleum industry, chemical industry, metallurgy industry, power
industry, pharmacy industry, paper-making industry and supporting
facilities of municipal construction etc.
